      Pros

      There is plenty going on all across the company and there are many opportunities to make a positive impact and help others. Company offers a great 401k match, 2 years before vesting, many great internal employee activities, work-from-home flexibility at your manager's discretion. You will get out what you put in.

      Cons

      Constant org and leadership changes. Your ideas can have an impact if management agrees to let you make it happen. Cube environment is lackluster and many teams say they'll partner with you and then take their own direction.
