      Pros

      Large company with many branches. Diversity in the business. Lot's of technologies to lear from.

      Cons

      Almost no promotions and carreer growth opportunities in Finance. No ability to change the market you work for which is strange for internatinal company. Very hard to implement anything locally since all approvals comes from US headquarters. No attention to specifics at local markets. All new projects made for US which is unapplicable for many locations.
