      Build federation instead of constant reconstruction

      - nice people to work with, some of them really engaged - good work / life balance, work from home - compensation near to market ratios

      Cons

      - waterfall process and product management behind scrum facade - poor morale, organization unwilling and unable to change itself - constant ongoing transformation, creating more chaos than value - effort going into process and over-control instead of trust and values - calls, remote teams - it simply does not work.

      Good opportunity for travel Good compensation and benefits Used to be a pioneering travel technology company that set the pace

      The new management struggle to really understand leadership, strategy and how to sustain or grow the business. If you have a good manager (there are still some) then work at Sabre can be good. The bad managers at Sabre (these are unfortunately far too common today) tend to be unregulated and inadequate. If you suffer poor management then there is little to be done, apart from jump ship

      Untrained Managers - Frequent Layoffs

      Pros

      Good environment, excellent technical personal. Good benefits and very competitive salary..

      Cons

      Bad administration, inexperienced managers. Frequently layoffs. Managers prefer to dismiss than relocate experienced employees. Employees cannot dispute when they are poorly evaluated, even when there is sufficient evidence of good work throughout the year. Is all up to the inexperienced managers.
