- nice people to work with, some of them really engaged - good work / life balance, work from home - compensation near to market ratios
Cons
- waterfall process and product management behind scrum facade - poor morale, organization unwilling and unable to change itself - constant ongoing transformation, creating more chaos than value - effort going into process and over-control instead of trust and values - calls, remote teams - it simply does not work.
