Pros

1. HR induction is okay. But thats it. Once you are in HR will treat you like a dirt.

Cons

1. Pay is not as per the work being extracted out of you. 2. Stringent deadlines, which means no wok life balance. Weekends are considered while giving the estimates.

Pros

One of the largest tech companies based in DFW with an international presence and a very large portfolio. Nice office and benefits.

Cons

A lot of leadership changes over the past 24 months and more ongoing. Sabre still operates as a holding company of airline software and is trying very hard to turn into a true tech company but industry and culture is holding it back. Can be difficult to break into leadership roles as executives seem to prefer external candidates. Many products are reliant on one subject matter expert or technology expert who built the product and that makes it difficult to work in an Agile environment, spin up new resources, innovate quickly, react to issues quickly, etc.
