Helpful teams. Good learning opportunities. Growing infrastructure, new products and tech.

Cons

Lots of politics. Micro-management, they won't listen to you. Lots of pressure because of which work-life balance suffers heavily. Less benefits, motivations, promotions and recognition. Less promotions, that too with political mindset.

Benefits were the only thing I can think of. The rest was simply a nightmare.

Cons

Management is terrible. constant leadership rotation because the run as fast as they can once they get to know where the company is heading.
