- No clear picture on merits and promotion - Clearly mentioned by the leadership that they dont intend to be the paymasters. (How exactly are you gonna retain talent) - The WFA policy is entirely decided by manager, employees might have a say but that does not matter, why not make it solely employee's decision. - Leadership in Bangalore. (Maybe the biggest con... VP keeps on telling a story of his time as an analogy for the things going on now in the company, also he mentioned promotions can happen based on LUCK). - Dont join unless you love maintenance, most of the work here is already done... You will be just working to improve already developed features and changing configurations. - Really bad Work life balance - Micro management
