-Great work life balance. -Upper management is transparent about the company's growth and keep the employees up to date about the organizations current state and future goals. -Great covid support from HR's

Cons

- Not a good place for beginners, as most of the projects are in completed state and mostly enhancements are being done, so hands on experience will be very less. - Promotions and hikes take long time.
