      Pros

      Other workers were friendly and helpful, nice office location with big windows which were nice to look out off.

      Cons

      Everything, I was miserable for so long there really affected my mental health, management were not helpful and never cared about your problems. All they care about is getting you back answering calls. It is a dull and boring job with awful managers, best think I ever did was leaving.

      Cons

      Being told by a senior manager to be smiley and sparkly to entice new starters to stay. That would not have been said to a male. Attrition is high.
