Pros

None I can think of at all.

Cons

In all honestly I would avoid joining this company, it is very unprofessional and clicky. If you have any type of illness they will not help you but will make you feel like it is your issue that you need to deal with. I have had managers say very unprofessional stuff to me and I have also had managers discuss my private and personal conversation told to other staff and managers when I was in the office and could hear them directly speak and moan and my issue with each other. Honestly if you have any type of mental illness they will break you down until you don’t wanna work there anymore and are made to leave. They treat you like you are not human and will shout at you to pick up calls when you are either sorting out previous customers enquires. They overwork you and pay nothing. The way customer service advisers are treated in the company is they are the lowest of the low. Other departments do not work weekends or work over night however customer advisors are made to work those shifts. They promise you will work one shift and then completely change that because they word the contract so they can force you to work anytime they please. If you do work here I would check the contract before starting however they will say things won’t change when they do. HR will make you sound stupid when you question situation so you tend to deal with it.

Pros

Good location. Weekly asda order with snacks and fruit.

Cons

Upper management do not keep lower management or other staff informed of anything. Changes are made without consulting those doing the job so can make things more difficult. New managers bought it who had no clue what they were doing - they were rude and unhelpful. Unable to plan big projects which effect contact centre staff. Do not care about staff wellness. Do not care about those with mental health issues and would rather get rid of them instead of supporting them. Made to cover night shifts last minute -had no contingency plan apart from contacting team managers to cover when they had been at work all day or encouraging people to stay late even though they had already done long shifts. Upper management would get rid of people without consulting their direct manager to see how they were getting on. HR are unapproachable and unsympathetic and get too involved in the running on the business and should just keep to HR matters.
