Poor systems and lack of investment in improve. Management team lack experience and more concerned with their own status.
No clear structure , people arrive and leave with no communication of who they are or what they do.

Don't even know if company is doing well or poorly, never seen any financial information ...company and my job could be at risk and I would never know.

Employee benefits poor and attitude seems to be that they don't care about employees , HR communication on bad weather was that if you cannot get in ( many of us use) public transport ) then take it from your poor holiday allowance ! Indicates HR attitude to expendable workforce.
