Lots of opportunities for progression, great management, all departments act as one team bringing fabulous cross department working, positive can do attitude, diverse, rewarding

Cons

Manual processes can be time consuming but this is being worked on for improvement constantly.

The Senior Management team in place are focused on continually improving not only the working environment (systems, processes etc), but personal growth and development. Since working here, career progression is evident and staff turnover lower than I have experienced in previous roles.

Cons

Dated processes/systems, but even these are currently being improved, with investment in new claims/policy systems.
