Business Outlook

Pros

Great people to work with. Teams are working hard and are good team players. Managers work with people in mind. The company looks for ways to grow. The customer service training is excellent. They invest in apprenticeships and qualifications. Lots of fun activities New claims platform is really good. IT team and amazing. The company rewards people for good achievements. Coaching is in the mind of seniors. Good facilities Charity events Members of senior management have a lot of experience in the field of insurance. The customer service team are some of the best people I’ve worked with.

Cons

I can’t tell many cons but I feel there is a bit of micro-management that can be improved upon. It’s all towards the KPI contracted.

Pros

They have an AC unit which is nice in the summer. I can’t think of anything else.

Cons

The pay. How management treat the staff. The company is failing and instead of rethinking the business strategy they would rather take it out on the staff and set unrealistic targets. The management literally scream at staff to pick up calls when they are already on one? Logic?
