      Lack of morale Eroded company culture No integrity in upper/executive management No accountability across company Noone in middle management and above take ownership or responsibility for their assignment. No consideration for common or global organizational good. Always "its somebody else's problem"

      No respect for employees. Incompetent management.

      Good pay and benefits if you are on International Mobile contract.

      1. No respect for regular employees and junior managers from Senior Leadership. 2. No support to employees from HR. Most of HR managers are incompetent, disrespect employees, covering up policy violations. HR is your enemy in this company. 3. Office politics are taken to the next level. Some nationalities are forming cliques and favour their own. 4. In order to get promoted you need to forget your dignity and kiss your bosses backside all day long. 5. Lack of general organizarion. Everyone ia lost. Middle management is expected to deliver without proper authority and support.

      Constantly changing policy, HR is allowed to make any decisions even if they go against company policy or your training! Worked there for 23 years including the years at Cameron when schlumberger purchased Cameron, loved working for Cameron but everything changed at the purchase ,
