Pros

Experience is recognized in the market once you leave the company

Cons

Being inside is like suffering from Stocolmo Sindrome, you will be a slave, get payed peanuts if you are local, treating you as the worst thing on earth, tons of work, not enough resources, stress (but the bad one), crappy leaders, sick people all over the place... just go to SLB if you want to literally die
