      High pay package Lots of perks Good work life balance

      Cons

      Very low learning curve for those just starting the career Manager is extremely powerful No yearly increment. Increment is done once in 2 years as Market Salary Adjustment, which is not transparent either and its policies keep changing everytime. If you are lucky, you can get about 40-50% increment while the unlucky ones get as low as 3-5% increment (once in 2 years)

      Very hostile work environment, every day you are worried about being fired for any excuse the management can make to pin faulty equipment or the mistakes of their “veterans”
