      Pros

      - Decent Benefits at the Entry Level - Well paying at the Entry Level - Ability to move jobs every 2-3 years - Flexible Schedule - Semi-remote schedules are being piloted in IT

      Cons

      - HR is not strong - Unrealistic deadlines (that keep getting smaller even though everything seems to falling apart) - Toxic Culture - No work life balance - Terrible approach for Promotions (I've never gotten a clear answer from anyone so my salary has been stagnant for 5 years. When I raised this to one of the higher ups I work with, it was implied that it was my fault even though I had been asking for years)

      Good Infrastructure and Free Food(If Office are open)

      Salary will increase once in 2 to 3 Years.(Pune Location) Managers are Extremely good in harassments. Fake Promise by management and They can delay there LOA/Increment by 1 year for me and too many people still waiting for it. Top Management runs behind numbers middle management always find a new way to harass employees or they will be busy for female employees promotion and by mistake if they found that you have potential then you are treads for them. Seriously, Managers Sucks a lot
