SLB STSI Pune worst place to work

Pros

Food Flexibility in work but not the thoughts Slow Growth No job security if you are a full-time permanent employee

Cons

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the management at SLB STSI Pune. The level of incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed was beyond anything I could have imagined. Communication was nonexistent, and when there were any attempts at clarification, they were either ignored or met with vague, unhelpful responses. The management's organization and planning skills were abysmal. Deadlines were routinely missed, and tasks were poorly delegated. There was a noticeable lack of accountability and a failure to address even the most basic concerns of employees. On top of that, there was a complete disregard for employee well-being and development. The work culture was toxic, with favoritism running rampant and an overall lack of support for growth or advancement. If you're considering working here or partnering with them, I would strongly advise against it. The management's incompetence not only hampers productivity but also creates a demoralizing atmosphere that makes even the simplest tasks seem impossible. For HR Manager (Ruchir Shrivastava) - Zero Trust My experience with SLB STSI Pune was made even worse by the HR Manager, whose destructive attitude and massive ego were truly shocking. Instead of fostering a professional and supportive environment, the HR Manager seemed intent on creating tension and discouraging open communication. Every interaction felt like a power struggle, with the HR Manager displaying an utter lack of humility or willingness to listen to employees' concerns. Rather than addressing issues or offering solutions, the HR Manager responded with dismissiveness and arrogance, as if employees were beneath them. There was a clear sense of entitlement and superiority, which made it extremely difficult to have any constructive dialogue. Any attempt to bring up workplace concerns or even basic requests for assistance was met with condescension or outright hostility. It was evident that their inflated ego took precedence over the well-being of the team, leaving many of us feeling undervalued and disrespected. The toxic atmosphere created by the HR Manager added to the already dismal situation in the workplace, making it even harder to stay motivated or feel like part of a productive team. The lack of empathy, combined with poor management at all levels, made SLB STSI Pune a truly miserable place to work. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially with such a problematic HR leadership in place.

Pros

Nothing only free food without salt and spice( I think SLB management have BP/Sugar issues)

Cons

- SLB was a good company before center head change, but now worst company. - Only non-Hindi or Marathi employees will be targeted in layoffs if SLB wants to reduce headcount. - Promotions are only for the friends of managers and leads, and those individuals must be local. - 95% of the time, leads speak in Hindi only, and if they want to discuss something that someone from another state should not understand, they will switch to Marathi.

Pros

If you don't have any other options for employment - they will pay you to do some work for them. Olivier, the CEO, is actually quite nice to interact with and generally personable.

Cons

Lots of snakes! The borderless careers of the past have nearly disappeared, as they have to be very cost conscious due to mismanagement of the activities. The company is generally sexist and continues to promote and reward managers who have a history of sexist behaviors and ethics line investigations continuing to pile on. The culture in general is pretty toxic and there's a lot of 'blue-washing' when it comes to every discussion about company culture. Also - there's a lot of arrogance (customers try to tell them this too).
