      Pros

      Very international. Lot of opportunities. Nice place to work with. Good chance to travel around. International exposure is there. Shoudl consider.

      Cons

      Cultural diversity. Some times hectic to manage. Longer roles.Sometimes forced to take roles that may not interest you that much.

      Pros

      It has a great development training, so you can get into management depending on your performance. If you work hard they will notice that and give you a better position

      Cons

      The time off is very restricted, as field engineer you do not know when your time off is, so it is difficult to have a regular life
