      Pros

      Schlumberger is the top service company, will provide Engineers with great training programs during the first 3 years. Gives the opportunity to travel and know places that you never expected and meet and work with people in a very diverse community

      Cons

      Sometimes you work for more than 24 hours non stop. Most probably you will miss some important family occasions, and you will work under stress conditions

      Pros

      Learned much about the oil field and life style. Meet a lot of great people that are willing to help in what ever you need.

      Cons

      I am a little iffy on life work balance. There were a lot of complaints from the engineers that you have no life once you join Schlumberger. Management is switched so often that they seem lost a lot of the time.
