      1. Excellent benefits and compensation 2. Multinational exposure 3. Opportunities to travel to many many countries 4. If someone is interested in the oilfield sector, Schlumberger is the best place to be.

      1. Less professionalism at workplace as compared to other MNCs. 2. Forget about a balanced life. Your vacations are decided by when you're needed or not, and not by your preferences to take leaves on holidays and special occasions. 3. Prepare to be a lonely traveller. 4. Harsh offshore environment.

      I got hands on experience of working on PLC and other automation products , work environment was great and people are helping

      it is too much work and also much pressure from supervisor . working hours are not fixed . they will call u on weekend also .
