      large company international career opportunities good benefits excellent training programs good career path offers very diverse population at any location

      Cons

      delay in career for new engineers, the advance training program takes alot of time to complete. You are often busy working on other projects and not enough time to finish project. The only person cares about your career advancement is yourself. Expect to work weekends and night to get complete.

      The paid for First Aid Cert, PEC Card, and H2S Cert.

      Cons

      They will let you go easily, even if your a new hire they fired 18 people in the training class during their mass lay off March 2, 2012. They force you to be on a staffing company for up to a year with no benefits or bonuses and will let you go in a mass lay off even with a year of dedication. They are quick to pay decent, but even quicker to let you out the door. Better off with a company that will stand behind its employees than its share holders.
