Pros

Benefits and flexible schedule.

Cons

Having been employed by Schlumberger for over a decade, I have observed a huge culture change. In the beginning I felt valued for my skills, integrity and drive, but now feel like just another number. It seems that people are put in management positions who have no management experience nor the personality or skills to be there. This turns good employees into bad employees.

Pros

Good learning experience and good place to begin your career.

Cons

Very top heavy management. Hire and Fire policy. Top line makes millions of dollars. No concern for people growth and career progression. Very short-term focused.

Pros

Absolutely no pros for this crappy company.

Cons

Horrible management. No raises, no bonuses. Company does not care about the employees. CEO fired half the plant staff to give himself 18 million dollar bonus. This was a few years ago but the company has went down hill since the new management.
