They arent afraid to pay their employees well. Also training is a must. They like to invest in their employees

Cons

When times get slow no job is safe. There are a lot of office politics that seem protect your job more than your accomplishments

Pros

Not many. You can travel but it's always to terrible places in the world. No running water and you're sleeping in a truck.

Cons

Moral is very low. Pay is par or below. They will ax you in a heartbeat. No office. You're in a truck. Benefits are okay but not great.
