Company focuses a lot on staff training and development, there would be loads of opportunities for training in all areas, management or technical. Always employing young talented professionals. It has a well structured career development plan for employees so you will never be stuck in the same position for long. It encourages diversity across all the company. Possibilities to move within the company at different positions and also geographically as this company operates across the globe. People are really professional and friendly , welcoming environment.
