Pros

Overall pay is good, education assistance offered for “some”. Opportunities for those who want to transfer. Health insurance, 401k match, vacation time, seem to be better than most.

Cons

Unethical company, cares only for bottom line number. They will do anything to make that number. Employees are last on the list of importance. Customers treated poorly and not paid in a timely manner. This company believes they are superior to all. Work/ Life balance is awful.
