Knowledge Engineering company Good brand image, though diminishing

Cons

Indian Leader (M.D) does not enjoy trust with us employees. He has lost his credibility due to Arrogant & High handed management style - also un logical exiting of people during COVID times. Due to this there has been serious brain drain. Sometimes we get the feeling that decisions taken are in favor of competitors Arrogant leadership style has rubbed off some of the management team as well. Also we have yet to see any landmark benefit coming to SKF due to this leadership

Pros

Nothing, except you get company sponsored alcoholic drinks in office parties. You get to experience worst work culture, which prepares you for worst working conditions.

Cons

Politics, racism, language and religion based baisness, useless management, less pay, less growth opportunities, no appreciation for good work, a lot of hectic travels, no work life balance, you will have to beg for your own leave even for crtitical emergency kind of situations, and the list goes on.

Had high ethics n openness, great colleagues to work with and expect support from, respect for the brand from all stake holders, used to have work life balance.

Cons

Brand in the Wrong hands !, Brand value getting eroded, top mgmt is least bothered about brand n the quality of people, messed-up/direction less HR, active more on social platforms than on ground
