      Pros

      Excellent quality products and services. Great brand name. Fantastic policies. Especially travel policies are really good. Good place to learn managerial skills and business strategies. ( Not sure at present) Compensation is aligned with industry standard.

      Cons

      Top management is directionless and clueless. High in ego. They have big B school tags and no industry knowledge. Repeated org restructuring. Every 2-3 months there is a change. They don't have patience to wait after the restructuring. In the mid way they change the direction. Just for fulfilling restructuring needs, they play with employees job role and designations.

      Stable company that has survived for more than 100 years

      Cons

      Limited growth possibilities Bureaucratic and top heavy decision making poor Management and at times vindictive Performance, growth and skills are not directly connected to growth. Growth is entirely dependent on being agreeable to the management and if you are able to navigate the office politics.
