Absolutely nothing Brand value which is diminishing

Cons

Clueless, self obsessed leadership team, poor strategic thought process. Inexperienced people calling the shots. Very few bright people who are moving out. No empathy. No work life balance. They hire to fire.

2nd manager I had happened to be the guy I took over for when I started (See 1st manager above) Constant reorganization Senior management getting company sued constantly Had no chance to succeed due to being put in impossible situation with Manager #2. I probably should have sued but it wasn't worth it.
