Working with the China team demands extra hours of unpaid work due to time differences. Sometimes they are just hoping you are carrying the workload and not overstretched. No real room for growth based on job performance in my role due to the fact that there is nobody reviewing the quality of the translation I provided and paying attention to if I went the extra mile.
