Pros

Some great people to work with and collaborate. Friendly atmosphere for the most part. Great place to learn and move on.

Cons

Everything is driven from the US. No respect for Canada as a business partner, more us against them mentality. Typical US management arrogance. You are only as good as you last months numbers. Management sneaky back stabbing they gain your trust and use it against you. High turnover in management they get rid of you to bring in fresh cheaper talent. Management no respect for people. Don't expect to work there long. Advise gain experience and run. I would never work for an organization owned or driven by a US company.

The job is very active and engaging. Overtime is available. Time flies by while working.

Cons

Understaffed for the workload, expected to complete data at an impractical rate, lack of equipment necessary. Low pay, little to no communication in departments.
