      Diversity, global presence. Zero discrimination.

      Cons

      Lack of management accountability. Easy to stop projects and plans and then blame personnel for not obtaining results. Lack of integration. A big company run as silos.

      Pros

      Global Company, which exposes one to large business practices. Good vacation allowance and hourly pay allows to take extra time banked off. Good company to get started with as they have a great reputation.

      Cons

      Low pay, Upper management absolutely does not care about anyone below them. Ideas take a long time to take action because upper management must approve everything. Terrible work culture, teams are all run too lean in an effort to make more money, but at the cost of peoples well being.

      Great management, team atmosphere, working alone for the most part, travel opportunities across the states, mileage reimbursement, weekly updates of guidelines

      Cons

      No growth unless in the state of the headquarters, title change more responsibilities same pay, communication at times, kind of threw out there to know this do that can be overwhelming at times, not aware of company standing lost contracts rare updates or endless promises of change but no progress, little to none incentives/bonuses
