      Pros

      - Supportive managers, nice colleagues. A quite bonding working environment. - No micro management. Performances are evaluated based on final results. - Staffs are welcomed to share opinions and make adjustment independently when tackling challenges.

      Cons

      - Targets are assigned by SGS Global team and go up every year without considering current market situation of Vietnam. - Basic benefits, average salary and quite low incentive compared to those of market in general. -Challenges usually come from high targets. Market shares, competitions, products/services' traits are quite stable which leads to no constant changes at work and little career development.

      Applies only to Australia operations Nonexistent the Australia operations if they followed global leadership there might be some hope but as the MD of Australia thinks she know best. Everyone is just waiting for her to leave for it to improve
