      - They do not care about your health. - Constantly crushing and pulverizing dangers substances like asbestos with very poor ventilation, When brought to the attention of the supervisors, they play it off, claiming it meets standards. - Facility is run by manager's who will hire their direct family members, and give them favorable hours and treatment.

      Pros

      Employees are given a lot pf freedom. The colleages and management are genuinly nice people. Plenty of training and support given. Reasonable objectives per year are set in discussion with us and opportunities to grow are given within these. Good pay and great yearly bonus based on profits made.

      Can't think of anything negative at this point (I'm one year into my graduate scheme)
