Where to begin? The Finance lead of the JAFZA office has been with the company for approximately 30 years, through spreading lies about other staff in the Finance dept and rest of the company. He is an IT person with zero Finance qualifications or fundamental understanding who has built his career on a bed of lies and by licking the boots of the regional controller. This senior is toxic, spreads lies verbally so that there is no written proof, etc. AVOID working in this department. His modus operandi is to act like your friend and spread hate speech about the Finance senior head to get you to confide in him and say bad things about management. He then goes to management and exaggerates and lies about anything you say to alienate you against the director. This is also how he tries to control promotions, salary increases and bonuses. By painting a false picture of the performance of the team, so that he retains the majority of bonuses, along with his personal friend who he somehow got promoted to, yet he completes all her work for her.
Do not waste your career here. Senior Management knows very well what poison is tarnishing the name of this Finance department and they have done nothing about it for years.
