Management only takes care of management. Also you got to be in their circle to move up in to the company plus they show favoritism so much that its noticeable. Your hard work may go notice for only a short period of time till make one small mistake than they will hold it against you come tie you ask for a raise and they will bring it up in a heartbeat. As for safety its there but when you give a suggestion on how to condense the work load to make it easier and safer but that gets thrown out the window because the customer has the last saying not the management team why because the management team is in the same circle with the customer that's a lot of conflict of interest. Theirs a fine line with creating with a good working relationship with the customer to a certain extent however if your not in the same circle will never move up and raises will always be out of the question unless if your in the same circle.

Poor integrity. Low salary Low work flexibility I have faced the worse experience in my entire prfessional life (15 years). I stayed in the company 1 year before facing poor management, no integrity, lack of transparency, managerial abuse. Don't work there.
