      Pros

      At least its a pay check while you look for something better. Good office location makes it easy to get to/from work.

      Cons

      No opportunities for growth because of the structure and careers are stagnant as a result. Constant turnover (both voluntary and involuntary), low pay and cost cutting makes it a very stressful place to be at. Sr mgt is untrustworthy. Morale is bad but everyone is too scared to say anything. No wonder so many people come and go.

      Pros

      There really aren't any. At best you could say that it is highly process driven, for those that don't like ambiguity.

      Cons

      A giant machine bureaucracy, with profit as it's only motive. Faced with extremely negative feedback from it's employees and trouble recruiting, they addressed it by rolling out a marketing campaign (100% SGS) to tell people how 'great' it is. It's not.
