Pros

The other staff i worked at the Wokingham site.

Cons

Higher management doesn't care about the site or the staff. Only interested in revenue. Handling of site closure is money driven not in the best interest of the staff. HR team is poorly trained to deal with redundancy. Doesnt care about the staff grievances

Pros

They are somewhat flexible and they always allow you to makeup your hours so you always hit 40 every week.

Cons

Poorly run, extremely unprofessional, give you more work than you can handle, volume not distributed properly amongst the teams, expect you to do way more than what they're paying you for, not worth the stress, new software launches hinder performance, only concerned about KPI and timeliness, poor wages
