Poor culture, low salary.

Pros

Enriches your CV to have a global brand on it – unfortunately, that’s where the benefits stop.

Cons

For a company of this size, the poor culture is surprising—and disappointing. A lot of talk, not much walk. Salaries are a joke.

Pros

-Dayshift schedule with consistent work. -Long term position is possible and can provide a stable paycheck if not a temp or technician. -average benefits

Cons

-fear culture with poor communication, guilt tripping, martyrdom, yelling, blaming, gossip, favoritism, no boundaries, unethical behavior, no recognition or support, and overly competitive -management and coworkers guilt trip others into working weekends or very late or skipping breaks -hyperspecialized work. You will likely get locked into doing a few tasks all day. -minimal to absent training -promotion is based off of how long someone stays and how little work life balance they are willing to have. I was directly told "You are going to have to sacrifice your sleep/health to make it here and work is more important than family." Promotion is not based off of qualifications or education. -boss was promoted because they lasted long enough in mass layoffs not because they had skills as a supervisor. -Work environment is genuinely terrifying. Safety is not important. No onsite safety officer. Proper chemical handling and staff emergency response training is absent. Ticking safety time bombs are present all over the facility. -Methodology is lackluster. -Poor pay -discrimination -have to work holidays to keep up with throughput
