      Training is inconsistent and unstructured and often biased toward certain social groups. Employees not part of favored groups may receive fewer opportunities.       Pros

      Employees are given a lot pf freedom. The colleages and management are genuinly nice people. Plenty of training and support given. Reasonable objectives per year are set in discussion with us and opportunities to grow are given within these. Good pay and great yearly bonus based on profits made.
