      Good Company in Many Ways, If They Could Just Decide What They Want

      Pros

      Interesting company; very large, global presence with many business lines. Good, stable employment with opportunities to travel, and advance if you are willing to work long hours. Compensation and benefits are slightly above average.

      Cons

      Poor communication within the various departments of my business line; virtually no communication between the different business lines, although we are encouraged "cross sell" services of same. Poor leadership; top level management changes frequently.

      Better payers than other Inspection companies.

      Cons

      Management relies on information supplied by informers without verifying how genuine it is . Hire & fire attitude. Real talent not appreciated. Yes Boss attitude prevalent in company
