Pros

Good benefits, stable job. The employees seem to like each other for the most part.

Cons

They don't provide adequate training, and they work people half to death. Management doesn't seem to care.

Fast Paced and Changing, Able to make own decisions and be creatative

Cons

Upper management does not support managers. Most things are done last minute with not much thought and you have to find your own way.

Pros

Great place to work in. Lots of opportunity to grow and learn new things. Very collaborative environment . Great benefits

Cons

Very big global company. Politics can be very harsh and shocking at times. The size also meant that there are so-called "managers" that aren't actually very good at anything but manage to fall through the cracks. Middle management members lack maturity and mentoring because enior management is always so busy. Too much focus on revenue which meant working with the sales or marketing team can be quite a challenge. Basic Pay is also below average.
