      If I was asked to return to the company, I would definetively not do that

      Pros

      The best reason to work at SGS is that you share lots of information with different customers, and work directly with the most different products... It is a great place for learning, but definetively not for working.

      Cons

      Very low salaries, too much work (no weekends or holidays), absolutely no job promotions, your job is never recognized and you can never propose new stuff.

      Dysfunctional SGS Testcom management team lacks effective communication skills

      SGS Testcom provides vehicle emissions testing programs for several states - CA, NY, MA, VA Flexible hours. Talented peers. Two weeks paid vacation and 10 holidays

      Cons

      Management lacks the ability to effectively communicate with staff. Management ignores minor customer issues until the issues become major problems. Inadequate staffing reduces employee moral.

      -work on various interesting projects at the same time -management is great -most people are friendly -can learn a lot of stuff in a short time -never lay off people

      Cons

      -some techs bully new hires -pay is relatively low compared to other companies -tight office space -insurance plan is not as good
