      Pros

      there is always a challenge and you definitely need to be able to self manage/be self sufficient as you are primarily left to your own devices

      Cons

      the challenges can wear you down. dealing with multiple global approval levels means it is difficult to get more than the necessities to make money. not great pay and they tend to work people into the ground if you let them.

      Steady work. But sometimes we end up working a lot of weekends due to the workload. Especially during the Holidays.

      Cons

      Few opportunities for advancement. But , there has not been a lot of staff let go but recently things may be changing.
