      Pros

      Get paid until you find another job then move from there as fast as you can.

      Cons

      Poor management, poor communication, no bonuses, no real cost-of-living raises, biggest turnover that I have ever seen anyplace else, constant almost physical fights with the other departments,etc etc etc.......

      Flexibility in hours that you work, and work and work.

      Cons

      You will work and work and work and work.... without gratitude or recognition. Then they will kick you in the butt. Oh, and the benefits, they are bottom of the barrel.
