      Not what I expected at all

      Pros

      Decent compensation overall, good bonus (if it was humanly possible to hit the target), good direct manager, good technical direction from mothership

      Cons

      Upper management out of touch with reality, lack of compliance from affiliates and overseas managers, over promising and under delivering, lack of technological resources, lots of manual reporting due to sad technology within the company.

      All downhill after SGS acquired our lab.

      Friendly lab staff. Was a great place to work when I started there.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. No understanding of production timelines. Very little regard for employee safety. Management misleading about compensation, work hours, etc.
