The payments are in dollars

Cons

The do changes on the schedule without previous notice, they haven´t increase the salary in more than a year, there is not even 1 minute between calls for you to drink water, the companie policy is based on threats and mistreatments.

Pros

Payment includes available time. Differential rate on weekends and domestic holidays.

Cons

Not really a freelance contract. You have a fixed mandatory schedule Mon-Fri (Mon 6 effective hours, Tue-Fri 3 effective hours). Besides that, on part-time you have a maximum of hours you can complete per payroll (100 hours). You have to get your own equipment. If there is any change in your fixed time or hours available for connection, supervisors will let you know once their decision is already taken. No flexibility. Back-to-back calls all day long. Break time is only paid on full-time contracts. Sometimes they do not answer your emails on time.
