Cons
Not really a freelance contract. You have a fixed mandatory schedule Mon-Fri (Mon 6 effective hours, Tue-Fri 3 effective hours). Besides that, on part-time you have a maximum of hours you can complete per payroll (100 hours). You have to get your own equipment. If there is any change in your fixed time or hours available for connection, supervisors will let you know once their decision is already taken. No flexibility. Back-to-back calls all day long. Break time is only paid on full-time contracts. Sometimes they do not answer your emails on time.
