Pros
Innovative work environment that encourages you to contribute in a way that works best for you. I feel like that SAS is a place where I belong. They really allow nothing to get in the way of you being successful in your career. It's a modern company that compares to nothing else, in my opinion.
Cons
The cons are really hard to list. I suppose if you are not committed to a good work ethic, then you wouldn't like it here. SAS is a place where smart people come to work and be fulfilled. If you are looking for a hand out, or a paycheck, with minimal effort, then go to work for the government, or some other company.
