      Pros

      The market for analytics is really hot and we have the best solutions by far. Well led, great work life balance and stunning offices.

      Cons

      older long serving employees reluctant to change but new blood coming in who are keeping the business relevant and sharp

      Pros

      Innovative work environment that encourages you to contribute in a way that works best for you. I feel like that SAS is a place where I belong. They really allow nothing to get in the way of you being successful in your career. It's a modern company that compares to nothing else, in my opinion.

      Cons

      The cons are really hard to list. I suppose if you are not committed to a good work ethic, then you wouldn't like it here. SAS is a place where smart people come to work and be fulfilled. If you are looking for a hand out, or a paycheck, with minimal effort, then go to work for the government, or some other company.
