Nice people work there. Nice environment

Cons

IT team is pretty dysfunctional. When needing a new CIO instead of finding a VP, CIO or someone experienced they promote an analyst from within, not very smart.

Pros

If you want to switch departments, SAG-AFTRA is really good at hiring it's own people. So, once you're in (and you perform well) you can have a job for life. If not in the same role, at some role within the organization.

Cons

Raises are almost non-existent within the organization. It's a lot you can learn which is great, but if you're looking for monetary recognition for your hard work, it's unlikely.

It's inspiring to work with talent that are constantly pursuing their dreams.

Cons

The politics involved in upper management continuously gets in the way of doing what is right for their members. There is more ego in the staff than the celebrities they represent.
